Is this document genuine?

Documents issued with Novista software — a laboratory report from a NovLIMS laboratory, and in time results and degrees — carry a QR code, signed by the laboratory or institution that issued them. Scanning it shows who issued the document, whose it is and when, and whether the code is genuine and unchanged.

1. Open your phone’s camera.
2. Point it at the QR code on the document.
3. Open the link it shows.

If the details shown do not match the paper in your hand, the document has been changed. Contact whoever issued it before relying on it.
